– Radiant Flame (RFG): Experience precise heat control with an easily adjustable radiant flame (up to 72,000 BTU/hr max. NG) located in the rear of the cooking chamber, allowing you to balance the ovens radiated top heat with the heat conducted and radiated from the floor.
– Radiant Flame + Underfloor IR (RFG-IR): Elevate your culinary prowess with the addition of a 52,000 BTU/hr (NG) thermostatically controlled infrared burner mounted under the oven deck, ensuring high production capacity without heat recovery issues.
