The pasta cooker comes equipped with four small round baskets for portion control and two larger rectangular baskets for higher-volume cooking. The rethermalizer holds 13.1 qt. of water and can cook up to 4 lbs. of fresh or frozen pasta in minutes. It can also reaches a rolling boil in under 20 minutes. All of this gives you the ability to cook large volumes in less time. The pasta cooker also features a stainless steel construction with stainless steel heating elements that are easy to clean and maintain.
