Description

This Signature Server Classic is a Combination Hot/Cold Food Station. It features three deep hot well openings and one non-refrigerated cold well opening. There’s also a touch temp control panel and manifold drains for the hot wells. The cold well has a 1.5″ drain as well, and is surrounded by polyurethane foam insulation. The 625W elements make the product energy efficient. The unit meets UL and NSF Std 4 performance
