Bake up just about anything with help from the Venancio CO200E-DD Full-Size Electric Double Convection Oven. This commercial unit features (2) bakery-depth ovens, each one with (5) chrome-plated racks for cooking multiple trays of bookies, muffins, and more simultaneously. A solid state thermostat gives you the option to cook at temperatures from 150°F to 500°F, while interior halogen lights give you better visibility while checking on the food’s look and doneness. Similarly, there are double pane windows in the oven’s detachable doors so you can peak inside as your cookies bake or your roast browns.
