Offering high power refrigeration and food preparation option, this Turbo Air JST-48-N Side Mount Sandwich/Salad Prep Table is ideal for commercial kitchen application. It’s durable and conveniently designed cutting board is 9-1/2″ deep and 1/2″ thick, offering ample working space. The cutting board is made of durable and easy-to-sanitize LDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene). Its side rail cutting board bracket makes it easy to secure and remove. The unit accepts different sizes of cutting boards with maximum 1/2″ thickness. Ergonomically designed, the doors on this refrigerator cum prep table have easy-grip handles that make them easy to open.

The condensate system on this prep table has its surfaces specially treated for maximum corrosion resistance. Along with improving efficiency without the risk of refrigerant leakage, the unit also prevents condensate water overflow. A side mount compressor unit allows the refrigerator to be serviced without being moved. For highly efficient cooling in narrow spaces, the unit has an innovative front-breathing design. It uses the CFC-free R-134A refrigerant that helps the unit maintain temperatures between 33°F and 39°F.

The efficient evaporators and condensers on the refrigeration system ensure faster cooling. Made of galvanized steel, the back and bottom of the stainless steel exterior ensure superior durability. The interior has a stainless steel floor with AL sides, back, and AL door liners. For superior temperature retention and to add structural strength, the unit has all the panels foamed-in-place using high-density, CFC-free polyurethane insulation. It is fitted with adjustable, heavy-duty polyethylene coated wire shelves. The doors have one-piece construction magnetic gaskets that ensure a tight seal. They can be removed without using tools for cleaning and replacement purposes. This refrigerator and prep table requires a 120V electrical connection to function.
