Description
The True TSSU-48-12-ADA-HC is an ADA-compliant refrigerated sandwich prep table with a 34″ high work surface and an 11¾-inch deep, removable polyethylene cutting board. It comes with 12 1/6 size pans, 4″ deep, and four adjustable-coated wire shelves for ingredient organization.
Constructed with stainless steel, it’s easy to clean. The refrigeration system uses a 1/3 hp compressor and eco-friendly R-290 refrigerant. Foamed-in-place insulation maintains temperatures between 33 to 40°F. The unit is equipped with 4″ casters for easy mobility and requires a 115V electrical connection.
