The True TCGG-48-LD glass refrigerated deli case is designed to maintain a consistent temperature between 38 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit, with operators having the flexibility to set a specific temperature within this range. Its gravity-coil refrigeration system ensures a high level of humidity to keep deli products such as meats and cheeses fresh. To prevent frost buildup, the unit features an automatic defrost cycle initiated and terminated based on a set time interval. The cabinet is both well-insulated and reinforced thanks to foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation.
The exterior and interior of the deli case are constructed with white laminated vinyl to resist chipping and peeling, while the stainless steel interior floor is designed with coved corners for easier cleaning. The double-pane curved front glass is tempered for safety and helps maintain cold air inside. The unit’s self-closing doors are equipped with 12-inch extruded handles for easy opening and ensure a secure and efficient closure when shut. Two adjustable PVC-coated shelves allow for flexible product presentation, and the LED interior lights enhance product visibility within the cabinet.
