Description

The True T-72FG is a reach-in freezer with (3) glass doors, designed for the restaurants looking for a powerful refrigeration system to store frozen foods and ice cream. The compressor in this freezer is equipped with environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with zero ozone depletion potential. The high capacity freezer maintains a temperature of -10°F, making it an ideal place to store ice creams and frozen foods as well. The ECM motor functions at higher peak efficiency, moving a consistent volume of air. The consistent air flow makes sure the motor produces less heat and stay energy efficient. The condensing unit is mounted at the bottom to ease the cleaning process. The evaporator in this freezer is epoxy coated to prevent the corrosion. The shortest possible defrost cycle is ensured by the time-initiated automatic defrost system in the freezer. Rear airflow guard is installed to prevent blockage and maintain an optimal air flow.

The interior of the 72 cu. ft. cabinet is coated with NSF approved aluminum liner. The floor is made of stainless steel with coved corners. The entire structure of the cabinet is foamed-in-place with a high density, environmentally friendly polyurethane with zero ozone depletion potential. The steel frame rails in the cabinet are coated with black powder for protection against corrosion. The cabinet is also equipped with nine adjustable wire shelves coated with heavy-duty PVC. The safety shielded LED lighting inside the cabinet is bright enough to provide uniform lighting through the freezer cabinet. The exterior of the freezer features a temperature display fitted on a stainless steel front with anodized quality aluminum ends. The back of the freezer is constructed from corrosion-resistant GalFan coated steel.
