It maintains consistent cabinet temperatures of 33°F to 38°F using a factory-engineered, self-contained refrigeration system with environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The cabinet features a stainless steel exterior with aluminum interior side walls and back, plus a stainless steel floor and ceiling for durability and easy sanitation. With top-mounted refrigeration, ECM fan motors, LED interior lighting, and NSF-7 compliance, this unit delivers dependable performance while maximizing usable storage capacity.
