The Traulsen ALT232WUT-FHS is a Spec Line Reach-In Freezer, perfect for everyday use in commercial setups. This heavy-duty freezer keeps food products fresh and at optimum temperature for a long period of time. The unit has a durable, stainless steel exterior and corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum interior, making it an ideal choice for restaurants, hotels, and dine-ins. The cabinet and doors have 2″ thick, non-CFC insulation that ensures efficient performance and temperature retention. The commercial freezer features (2) self-closing doors that stay open up to 120° for convenient loading and unloading of stock. These doors include a removable cylindrical lock that offers maximum food security after business hours. The cabinet includes (6) full-width, wire shelves that support 225 lbs load each. This freezer has an interior incandescent light which is automatically activated by the switch fixated on the door hinges.
The self-contained, top-mounted refrigeration system of this commercial freezer is located behind the louver assembly and uses eco-friendly R-404A refrigerant. The standard temperature maintained by this model is from 0°F to -5°F, making it suitable to store every kind of frozen food item. This reach-in freezer boasts an INTELA-TRAUL® microprocessor control system that is water-resistant and easy to use. This control system features an LED 3-digit temperature display. It also includes audio and video alarm features for door open, hi/lo temperature, power supply interruption, condenser cleaning, and sensor failures.
This commercial freezer includes a 9 ft cord and NEMA 5-15P plug set for quick installation. It requires a 115V, 60 Hz, 14.9 amps, 1-phase electrical connection. The unit stands on (4) 6″ stainless steel legs that can be easily adjusted. Optional set of casters are available for this reach-in freezer (sold separately).
