Construction
This unit features a full stainless steel body and smooth top and bottom cast iron plates with 3/4″ splash guard. Removable stainless steel front grease trough helps keep the work area clean and sanitary. Heat-resistant front handle.

This model uses thermostatic temperature controls to maintain cooking temperatures between 175°F and 450°F.
