This charbroiler features two 12-inch sections, each equipped with separate infinite control knobs, giving you the ability to tailor your cooking processes to different menu items. It utilizes a dual heat transfer system, combining radiation from the heating elements with conduction through the cast iron grates to ensure uniform and consistent heat distribution across the cooking surface.
Four incoloy-sheathed heating elements are employed to deliver high-speed charbroiling, making this unit ideal for high-volume operations. These elements are durable and provide quick and efficient cooking results.
The cast iron grates are heavy-duty and conduct heat exceptionally well. They can be easily removed to simplify the cleaning process, allowing you to maintain a clean and sanitary cooking surface.
