Description
The Southbend S36D-1GL is a versatile 36″ gas range with a griddle and standard oven, powered by liquid propane (LP gas). It features four open-top burners on the right side, each producing 24,000 BTU of heat. These non-clogging burners have removable grates for easy cleaning, and a removable crumb tray underneath catches debris.
On the left side of the cooktop, there’s a 12″ wide griddle with an 18,000 BTU burner and a 1/2″ thick polished steel griddle plate. The metal knobs with red stripes are easy to set and read, and a 4″ front rail protects them from spills and debris. The pressure regulator is factory-installed, and a hinged lower valve panel makes service more accessible. It comes with 6-inch adjustable legs for easy installation.
The oven cavity dimensions are 26″ W x 26 1/2″ D x 14″ H, and the overall dimensions of the unit are 35 1/2″ W x 34″ D x 59 1/2″ H.
