The Southbend 4601CC-5L is a 60″ ultimate restaurant gas range, featuring (3) non-clog burners front left, (2) Pyromax burners rear left, and (4) non-clog burners right, all with standard grates and standing pilots. It includes (2) cabinets for additional storage and has a 22-1/2″ flue riser with shelf. The range is built with a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, along with 6″ adjustable legs. It provides 311,000 BTU and is CSA and NSF certified for commercial kitchens.
