The drop style is ideal for precise targets like hamburger, chicken, fish or other protein patty at the cook station, or garnish toppers to a drink. Includes (3) color-coded portion triggers: 1/16-tsp (tan), 1/8-tsp (burgundy) and 1/4-tsp (black). This 10-oz dispenser is rated for high-heat environments (up to 325F), but is not intended for direct contact with heat sources such as griddle surfaces.
