The galvanized steel base and adjustable undershelf offer extra storage and customization in your prep station. The Northern Hard Rock Maple Top is treated with an oil finish (optional varnique finish) to make a smooth prep surface. This unit is shipped knocked-down for easy assembly on site. These heavy-duty frames can be adapted to bakeries, pizzerias, restaurants, catering, cooking demos, and even home kitchens.
