The John Boos & Co. JNB09 Flat Top Maple Work Table is fabricated with northern hard rock maple and galvanized steel for a sturdy work surface. The maple top is finished with a penetrating oil (optional natural clear varnique finish) to make for the perfect prep surface. This table is shipped knocked-down for an easy assembly on site. Adjustable bullet feet and bracing allow for customized sizing in your station. Heavy-duty galvanized steel frames are adapted to bakeries, pizzerias, restaurants, cooking demonstrations, and even the home kitchen. Northern hard rock maple top provides extra strength and durability required for food preparation. Optional accessories like overshelves and pot racks are available to customize your space.
