EcoQuality themed warmers offer style and flexibility with attractive graphics for point-of-sale merchandising, and multiple insert configurations to meet operational needs. The food topping warmer is a countertop warmer, preferably for hot fudge and caramel, with two slots for pans to be warmed. The wells are 7 quarts in size and there is the ability to control the temperature with an adjustable thermostat. This unit has two stainless steel pumps. This gives you the option of letting customers pump out your hot fudge or caramel instead of using a ladle.
