The Hatco CSUP Series R-290 Cold Shelves Undermount are engineered to maintain chilled food products at optimal holding temperatures while preserving a clean, integrated countertop appearance. Designed for installation beneath approved countertop materials, these refrigerated cold shelves provide an efficient and space-saving solution for buffet lines, serving counters, food bars, and commercial display applications.
Featuring an anodized aluminum surface and an environmentally friendly R-290 refrigeration system, the CSUP series combines reliable cooling performance with energy-conscious operation. Each unit includes an Electronic Temperature Control Box with a 4′ (1219 mm) lead wire for convenient operation and installation flexibility. Compatible countertop materials include granite, quartz, Swanstone®, and selected stainless steel or aluminum surfaces approved by Hatco.
The undermount design allows operators to customize the visible countertop surface while maintaining effective cold holding beneath. Adjustable height capability and multiple size configurations make the CSUP series suitable for a wide range of commercial foodservice environments requiring dependable refrigerated display and holding performance.
