This Reach-In Refrigerator has two section, and each section has a half door at its top and two drawers on the bottom. Each door compartment comes with an epoxy coated wire shelf. Both the doors and the drawers are self-closing and lockable, with recessed handles and rounded corners. Frame heaters prevent condensation from forming on the doors and drawers. The unit is built of stainless steel, both inside and out, and has 2.5 inch of polyurethane foam insulation. Its refrigeration is top-mounted and uses R-134A refrigerant. An air defrost is electrically timed, and can be scheduled to operate every 3 to 12 hours. It’s time and temperature terminated, as an extra level of precaution. The interior lighting is safety-shielded. Push buttons are provided for setting and adjusting the temperature in a range between 33 and 41F. There’s also a digital display, so that you can check the internal temperature at a glance. Two of the four casters carrying this piece have locking brakes.
