(2) solid hinged self-closing doors, (2) stainless steel drawers, (4) shelves, and a 19-1/4″ cutting board make ingredient organization easy. Digital controls with an LED display and auto defrost ensure smooth operation.
Constructed with stainless steel and galvanized steel, it’s durable and hygienic. (3) leg stabilizers and (6) casters provide stability and mobility. The prep table uses eco-friendly R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, operates with 1/3 HP power, and is NSF, cETLus, and ETL-Sanitation certified, meeting industry standards for safety and efficiency in high-production commercial kitchens.
