It features one section, measuring 27-3/4″ in width and offering 8.0 cu. ft. of storage capacity. The unit’s self-contained rear-mounted refrigeration system ensures consistent cooling performance.
Its stainless steel top comes with an opening for (8) 1/6 size pans, and there’s a 1/2″ thick insulated top lid. Two heavy-duty stainless steel drawers provide storage for utensils and ingredients. Height adjustable clips allow for customization in pan placement, and a 12-1/4″ removable cutting board provides a practical workspace.
