The unit boasts a one-piece, double-wall polyethylene construction with robust CFC-free insulation to keep food at a safe temperature for more than 4 hours. These dual cavity Camcarts® are designed to store food pans and boxes. It can accommodate (24) trays or sheet pans measuring 18″Wx26″D. The molded-in handles at the back of this pan cart makes lifting and moving easy. The cart includes (4) 6″ casters (2 swivel, 2 fixed) that allow the users to transport the food trays and pans easily.
