The dura-body heavy duty stainless steel construction make it the perfect oven for high-demand environments including busy kitchens or mobile concession stands. The 18-3/4″ W x 11-3/4″ H cooking chambers has space for 4 shelves, and holds (4) 1/2 size sheet pans.
