A free-floating duplex-tube burner, along with a 1″ thick, 12-gauge aluminized steel oven deck, ensures fast, even heating throughout the cabinet. The burner doors open easily for quick ignition, cleaning, or adjustments. With a liquid pressure thermostat offering a temperature range of 200°F to 500°F, this oven allows for precise control. Safety is a priority, with the safety pilot, temperature control, and main gas valve conveniently located at the front of the unit. The included draft diverter ensures safe ventilation of fumes and exhaust.
