Description
This Beverage Air SPE48-18M-STL is an Elite Series mega top food prep table. This unit features a stainless steel front, sides, top, door and grille, and galvanized back and bottom. Interior liner is made of corrosion-resistant aluminum. This mega top prep table has a see-thru lid for easy identification of ingredients. This model includes a 10″W polyethylene cutting board, which is removable for cleaning. The SPE48HC-18M-STL holds (18) 4″D sixth-size pans, which are included. Its two self-closing doors are field reversible, and can stay open at 120°. The balanced, forced air refrigeration system provides rapid chilling of product. Airflow assures that product in open containers is kept below +41°F and above freezing. The prep table is mounted on 6″H casters, two with brakes.
