Halo Heat® allows this electric Low Temperature Cook and Hold Oven with a 120 lb capacity to evenly and gently cook and warm your meals. We all know from using crock pots that slow cooking makes the most tender, tasty meats and causes the least shrinkage. The same theory applies here. This unit, which is constructed of heavy duty stainless steel and closes with a magnetic door, allows you to cook, roast, warm or hold in the same oven. It holds four full-sized pans. It’s thermostatically controlled, with a cook temperature knob and a control temperature knob. Cook temperature ranges from 200 to 350F and is timed, so that when your food is cooked, the oven automatically switches to the hold function. The holding temperature range is from 60 to 205F. This oven contains three stainless wire shelves, and one stainless steel drip pan with a drain. The oven sits on 3-1/2 inch casters, two of which are rigid, with the other two being swivel-type with brakes. A voltage switch on the back allows you to choose either 208 or 240v at the time of installation. Specifications
