Constructed from stainless steel, this electric unit can accommodate 10 full size sheet pans and 22 full size hotel pans. This is a boiler-free product, so the maintenance, costs and down time which can be associated with having a boiler are eliminated. Zero clearance is needed for this piece, so it fits snuggly into your kitchen line and maximizes floor and vent space. Adjustable legs support the oven. The three cooking modes provided are steam, convection, and combination. SafeVent, a wonderful safety feature, which automatically vents steam prior to the end of the cooking cycle, again reducing the possibility of burns. This oven is built with EcoSmart technology, which empowers it to use water and electricity cautiously in the cooking and cleaning cycles, and lowers your energy
