The unit allows users to weigh each ingredient accurately while preparing food for added consistency and reduced food waste. Its simple touchpad control buttons include the following options: On/Tare, Mode/Calibrate, Zero, and Off. Plus, the unit turns itself off after a period of inactivity to save on energy costs. The scale’s side-mounted power jack plug helps eliminate broken power supplies and internal corrosion when used with batteries.
The Edlund Bravo Series BRV-320 Digital Portion Scale comes with an exclusive ClearShield Protective Cover that protects it from juices, grease, dust, and other liquids that can cause corrosion and reduce the longevity of the machine. The Edlund portion scale operates with your choice of a UL/CUL/CE approved dual voltage AC power supply or two (2) AA batteries (not included).
