The Southbend 4604DD-7L Ultimate Restaurant Gas Range is engineered for high-output kitchens requiring versatile cooking options. This 60-inch range features (2) star/sauté burners at the front, (2) non-clog burners at the rear, and (4) Pyromax burners on the left side. A standing pilot ensures reliable ignition, and the range is equipped with (2) standard ovens with battery spark ignition, each containing (1) rack. The unit also includes a 22-1/2″ flue riser with a shelf, stainless steel construction, and 6″ adjustable legs.
