It’s constructed of 300 series stainless steel, with high density fiber glass insulation, this rugged unit can withstand the punishment of a busy commercial venue. The 6-3/8″ food wells feature a drip-free flange to contain moisture and spills, and detachable control unit for remote mounting. There’s a full perimeter gasket below the drip flange which simplifies and hastens the installation process. No electrician is needed, as this piece is simply plugged into the outlet. The wells are equally effective either moist or dry, and operate at 625W. Individual drain shut-offs are the defining characteristic of manifold drains.
