The Southbend 4604AD-5R is a heavy-duty 60″ gas range designed for high-volume kitchens. It features a combination of (3) non-clog burners on the front right, (2) Pyromax burners on the rear right, (2) star/sauté burners on the front left, and (2) non-clog burners on the rear left. This configuration allows for maximum versatility and cooking flexibility. The range includes a standard oven and a convection oven, each with battery spark ignition, and (4) oven racks to accommodate large cooking batches. The entire unit is constructed from durable stainless steel with 6″ adjustable legs for stability and easy leveling.
