Some of the best meals are created on a Pizza Prep Table. Here’s a 23 cubic foot model with a 430 stainless steel exterior. The interior, pan lid, hood, and work surface are all made of 304 stainless steel. The condenser and its removable coil are accessed readily through the side panel where they’re housed. It’s removable as well. R-134A refrigerant is used. There’s an air defrost feature which is both starts and stops based on temperature, so that the perfect condition is maintained in your case. Two epoxy coated wire shelves are provided for the section behind the self-closing door. Safety-shielded lighting inside this section improves visibility. The 2 drawers are each large enough to hold 2 full-size pans. Both the door and the drawers are surrounded by 2.5 inch of polyurethane insulation. They have rounded corners and snap-in magnetic gaskets to keep them air-tight. Perimeter heaters prevent condensation build-up on both. The drawers have metal slid bearings which permit simple opening and closing. The prep area also has a heater to thwart condensation. It comes with a sanitary 1/4″Deep cutting board which is removable and adjustable. Nine one-third size sanitary PVC pans are included as well. Push buttons are provided so you can set the temperature range between 33 and 41F. The temperature is monitored by a microchip and visible on a digital display. Four inch casters provide the support for the table. The front casters have locking brakes.
