This S-Series Restaurant Range features everything a cook might need in a diverse kitchen two 28,000 BTU open burners, a 24 inch 48,000 BTU manual griddle, and a 35,000 BTU standard oven with snap action thermostat. And all these parts are made of the best materials. The entire unit is enclosed by a stainless steel frame while the removable one piece grate tops are constructed of heavy-duty cast iron. The griddle plate is 1/2 inch thick steel with raise sides so it’s easy to clean and doesn’t create a mess. And the standard oven, 26 inch wide by 26.5 inch deep, is big enough to hold a lot of baking goods. This range is NSF-Approved, CSA-Approved and comes with a lifetime burner
