This digital test thermometer is waterproof and features a reduced tip with a rapid response thermistor sensor that allows user to take quick readings without damaging delicate food products. With a guaranteed lifetime accuracy, the unit can monitor temperatures ranging between -40°F to +450°F with an accuracy of +/-2°F. The thermometer has an adjustable alarm system and does not need any calibration adjustment. The auto shut-off function turns off the thermometer if not used for more than 10 minutes.
