The Hatco Pass-Through Pickup Pod MPT Series is a smart, self-service food pickup locker system designed to streamline restaurant takeout and third-party delivery operations. These pass-through units allow kitchen staff to place completed orders into secure cubbies from the back-of-house while customers or delivery drivers retrieve them from the customer side using QR code access or a secure SMS link. Powered by Minnow technology, the system helps automate order pickup, reduce lobby congestion, minimize pickup errors, and improve the overall takeout experience. Each unit features eight secure cubbies with antimicrobial surfaces, energy-efficient LED lighting, and IoT-enabled connectivity. Available in both ambient and heated models, the Pickup Pod keeps orders fresh and secure until pickup while providing a fully touchless and efficient retrieval experience.
