These blades are nested effectively to eliminate the need for tensioning or flexing. The manual locking pin ensures that the pusher block stays in place to prevent any injury. This easy LettuceKutter has aluminum legs with non-slip feet that offer maximum stability to the cutter. The blade assembly and pusher block can be easily removed for cleaning.
