The Traulsen UHT27-D is an undercounter refrigerator that maximizes storage and preparation space in limited kitchen space. This commercial refrigerator is an essential addition for sub shops, pizzerias, cafes, and similar foodservice establishments to store ingredients and prepare cool food items within limited time. The compact design of this unit enables users to install it underneath a bar, counter, or any other preparation surface to save valuable space. The flat top of this refrigerator acts as a preparation surface for the chefs.

This commercial refrigeration equipment includes (2) 27″ wide drawers to store up to (12) 1/6 pans. The self-closing drawers with 1-5/16″ diam. rollers and stay-open feature assure easy loading and unloading of food pans. The full-length handles and snap-in Santoprene® gaskets, protected by gasket guards ensure a positive seal and prevent leakage.

The compact refrigerator boasts a front-breathing system that uses R-134a refrigerant for maximum airflow throughout the cabinet. The refrigerator operates on temperatures between 34°F and 38°F based on 90°F ambient temperature.

The exterior of Traulsen refrigerator is made of 22-gauge stainless steel for a durable and reliable performance. The interior has anodized aluminum interior to resist corrosion. The drawers have 16-gauge stainless steel slides for sturdiness. The entire cabinet is insulated with 2″ thick foamed-in-place polyurethane for structural integrity and temperature retention. This unit includes an 8 ft cord and plug set for easy installation. It includes a set of (4) 4″ casters for easy mobility around the kitchen at the time of cleaning.
