This full-height holding cabinet has an adjustable temperature up to 190°F, and it can hold up to (18) 18″x26″ pans or (36) 12″x20″ pans for high-volume operations. The heated holding cabinet has a circulating fan to provide even heat distribution throughout the cabinet, and its top-mounted, recessed control panel allows you greater control over the unit’s operation. This Vulcan holding cabinet has a 20-gauge stainless steel exterior that withstands the demands of commercial use, and it comes with four 5″ casters for enhanced mobility throughout your kitchen.
