Description

This Vollrath 52023 High Heat Spatula is designed for cooking operations done at high temperatures. It can be used for cooking in piping hot pans and pots as the silicone blade is capable of withstanding temperatures as high as 500°F. This heat-resistant spatula has a durable nylon handle which makes stirring and sauteing a comfortable task. The blade is non-scratching, odor, and stain-resistant and has contours on it to make it highly effective in turning over food items inside the pan. The rubber nubs are there to prevent the handle from touching the counter surface for sanitary use.
