The Cambro UPC400 CamCarrier® Ultra Food Pan Carrier will hold temperature for hours without electricity. Twelve molded-in rails with 1-1/2″ spacing. Door swings open 270° to the side for easy loading and unloading.
The insulated compartment is able to accommodate multiple configurations of GN half and third size food pans. Airtight, removable gasket for a secure seal.
